*Resale License*
We must have a copy of your current Resale License in order to open an account.

*Opening Order Minimum*
$150.00 - Most all orders will ship from our Southern California Studio within 72 hours. To place your order, please contact us at 818-433-9421

*Reorder Minimum*
$50.00

Each piece of Urban Survival Gear jewelry includes a brand hang tag and a drawstring pouch. In addition, we can also provide you with point of  sale and display materials.  

*Payment*
We accept all major credit cards /debit cards directly (Visa, Master Card and Discover). All transactions are processed with the utmost security in mind. In addition, we accept business check prepayments and bank transfers.

*Custom Orders*
We are very happy to work with you in accomodating your product needs. If you would like to order specific leather colors and unique sizes, please contact us for options. Depending upon your request, pricing and minimums may apply.

*Quality Guarantee*
All Urban Survival Gear products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and or materials for a period of 90 days from original invoice. We will repair or replace any product that is found to be less than perfect. This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by accident or misuse.

*Shipping*
Urban Survival Gear U.S.A.  processes and ships out most orders within 3 business days. All of our orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS (unless otherwise requested by the customer). It is important to note that we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package destination, especially during peak periods.

*International Shipments*
 If you are an international customer and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at info@urbansurvivalgearusa.com. We will provide you with a shipping quote based on your order. 

*Special Delivery Requests*
If you need your package expedited, please contact us immediately after you make your purchase and we will do our best to make sure you get your package quickly. Additional fees are applicable and must be paid before the package is sent out.

*Returns*
All items coming back to us must be returned in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging. Please make sure all items are well packed and insured for their full wholesale value.  

*Damages/Defective Merchandise/ Claims / Returns*
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage, Defects, Mis-shipped and Shortage claims must be made within 72 hours of the package arrival. Claims cannot be made after 72 hours. 

If you have received an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at : info@urbansurvivalgearusa.com  or  818-433-9421 for a return authorization number.

Please include your order number and the item(s) you are returning. We will then issue you a Return Authorization number, which must be included on your return package. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
